At Pelican, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned sports equipment and apparel must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and technical manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
